Elif İçen successfully completed her education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry with a 100% English-language program between 2018 and 2023. Throughout her education, she actively worked in both theoretical and clinical fields, gaining extensive clinical experience by treating patients of different age groups.

She began her professional career in 2023 at Dr. Digital Clinic Astoria, then worked as a dentist at Medicana Kadıköy Hospital and Klinik Nişantaşı. She has continued her work by prioritizing patient satisfaction and treatment quality with the experience she has gained. She provides services in cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, root canal therapy, prosthetic applications, and general dentistry. She supported her professional development at an international level by attending the FDI World Dental Congress in 2024.

He speaks English and currently works at the Private MG Oral and Dental Health Clinic, continuing to provide services to create healthy, aesthetic, and functional smiles.
